Word reaches us that Scott Brown has been ear marked for a £10 million bid by Tottenham Hotspurs, but Browns injury has delayed the trasnfer. If Brown does go, then Celtic will be keen to keep Hartley, who has been weighing up a move to either Hearts or a new start in Greece.
