Mark Ridgers, the goalie we signed from Ross County has been called up to the Under 21 get together next month. Ridgers, despite only being 18, has a promising future in front of him and is expected to be challenging for the Hearts number one jersey soon.
Right back Craig Thompson and Scott Robinson, both products of the Hearts Youth Initiative, have been included in the under 19 squad. Our inability to core coupled with a lack of strikers means Jambo's could be seeing a lot more of striker Robinson in the near future!
Along with Andy Driver being part of England's under 21 set up, the future is defiantly Heart shaped!
