Hibernian midfielder Michael Stewart has sealed a return to Hearts by signing a 3 year deal.

The former Manchester United youngster was in good form last season before Monkeyheid ditched Hibs for West Brom, but started to flag a bit under new gaffer John Collins, and was made a scapegoat for the 'rumoured' trouble in the wee team dressingroom.

Given his ability to pass the ball more than 3 inches, Stewart is a big improvment on the likes of Pillowbiter and No.24, however the majority of Hearts fans will be underwhelmed at thought of a player deemed surplus to requirements at a their rivals could be considered good enough for the 'Romanov Revolution'.

While few questions hang over his natural ability, Fitness and Application has always been an issue for a player who flattered to decieve in his first spell in Gorgie.
