Malofeev looking at Hearts role

Former Hearts interim coach Eduard Malofeev could return to Hearts this summer in some capacity.

He is reported in the Russian press as saying "I enjoyed my time at Hearts. I speak with Mr Romanov alot and maybe there could be something for me".

The Russian failed to win any of the matches he took charge of and in farcacle scenes infamously attacked the Fourth Official at the Falkirk stadium, only to claim afterwards he thought it was John Hughes!

Jambos everywhere will be hoping these latest comments amount to nothing as supporters grow increasingly frustrated at the lack of movement on the managerial front.
