Anatoly Korobochka has left the position of sporting director at the club after three years ay Tynecastle to work in Europe.

The former CSKA Moscow midfielder was made interim coach by Vladimir Romanov in 2007 and was in charge of the team for a bit at the start of the 2007/2008 season. He worked along side Stevie Frail but vacated the coaching position with Hearts in the bottom half of the table in January 2008.

There is no word on whether he will be replaced.

Meanwhile, in the thespian world 'break a leg' usually means good luck. In the football world, it means a year on the sidelines, spending your weekends watching Sky Sports News. Elias Wagner, the former Hibs kid, suffered a double leg break in a friendly against Penicuik Athletic (ironically during a challenge from former Hearts youngster Ryan gay) and he will be out for next season.

We wish the Austrian teen all the best in his recovery. Levitate!
