Kingston Tests Hearts Patience

Larry Kingston has angered Hearts gaffer Casba Laszlo by turning out for Ghana in their World Cup qualifier against Sudan.

The injury plagued midfielder, who has turned out on two occasions for the Tynecastle club since February, played the last 16 minutes on Sunday in a win which helped his country qualify for next year's World Cup.

Laszlo is refusing to be drawn into what course of action, if any, the Hearts will take, but it's thought that the club is disappointed with the highly paid (if not highly rated) star.

With the new season underway, Hearts need all the players giving one hundred per cent. If players aren't fit enough to play for the club who pay their wages, should they be allowed to play for their country?

Also, if Larry had been injured in the World Cup qualifier, would Hearts have been compensated? Kingston has shown flashes of what he can do, but due to injury this has been all too rare.
