Greek defender Hristos Karipidis twisted his knee, while Bosnian midfielder Mirsad Beslija suffered a suspected dislocated jaw.
A Jambos spokesman told the Edinburgh Evening News: "Mirsad and Hristos will be looked at on Thursday to see the extent of the injuries.
"We don't think Mirsad's jaw is broken but it is certainly painful, and Hristos' knee injury will be looked at by the doctor."
